Rewards FAQS

We've listed all points-earning possibilities above in the Ways to Earn section.

Your point balance is on your rewards page in the top bar. It is also on your account main page when you login.

Your points expire after 1 year.

Once you complete an action or purchase that qualifies for points, they will automatically be added to your account.

The points from the returned product will be deducted from your total balance, as though the purchase was never made.

You should see your new tier as soon as you are eligible.

Birthday points are based on tier. If you are in the Luminous Start tier, you will get 50 points; if you are in the Arctic Light tier, you will get 100 points; if you are in the Nordic Glow tier, you will receive 200 points.

When you are in the Arctic Light tier, you will receive all your points multiplied by 1.25, and when you are in the Nordic Glow tier, you will receive them with a 1.5 multiplier.

If you don't make purchases to maintain your tier, you will drop to the lower tier after 12 months.
