- Hello Mary, and thank you for your question! You can use the Oat Milk Oil Cleanser by applying it first to dry face using gentle circular massage. Rinse off with water afterwards. It's also good for double-cleansing if you wish to follow up with for example cleansing foam or other water-based cleanser.
